Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If you cancel your order before shipping, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped.

Return Information
Reasons for Return:
We accept returns for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Process:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Follow the instructions provided in the return email to send the item to the specified address.
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Cost Information:
Return Shipping: A $10 return shipping fee applies unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
Refund Processing: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.
Exchange Information

We accept exchanges for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Process:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
Follow the instructions provided in the return email to send the item to the designated address.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship you a replacement of equal value.
Cost Information:
Exchange Shipping: A $10 shipping fee applies unless the exchange is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

All refunds will be processed minus a $10 shipping fee unless the return is due to our mistake.
We only allow one exchange per item. You can choose either a full refund or one exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds
